Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Tellkey.shop will cover return shipping costs
  • For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the order must follow the return process after delivery
